Often much focus and planning goes into our children’s lives when they are young.  This is especially true with a special needs child when therapies, schooling and socialization may be top-of-mind.  As our children begin to transition into adults, we are often faced with the reality that they are growing older and may need some level of service throughout their life span.  And, as our children grow older, so do we!  At some point in time we may not be able to provide the same level of care and support we do currently.
